how postnuptial services work » Marital law services » Certified Family Law Specialist » Legal Documents

How our services works:

  1. The client first completes a brief questionnaire relating to the services requested, and submits it by email along with credit card information. No charges are incurred until authorize (see 2 below).

  2. A comprehensive questionnaire and fee agreement is emailed to the client. The client completes the questionnaire, signs the fee agreement, and emails or faxes both to us.

  3. Upon receipt, the client's credit card is charged for the services agreed to, and an authorization is sent with instructions on setting up a conference by video, in person, or by phone, with a Certified Family Law Specialist. The conference will last between 30 to 90 minutes depending upon the services requested.

  4. A draft document is emailed to the client for review, along with authorization to set up a second conference with the same Certified Family Law Specialist to go over the draft document with the client and to make any changes needed or as requested by the client. This conference will last between 30 and 90 minutes depending upon the services to be provided.

  5. The final document is emailed or mailed to the client.

  6. Additional conferences are scheduled if needed and the client is billed on an hourly basis in 15 minutes increments.
